Rules and Regulations

This policy handbook has been prepared for the benefit and guidance of all owners and residents of Club Citadelle to provide a summary of, and general information about, the condominium corporation’s duties, powers, By-laws, rules and regulations, as well as owners’ and tenants’ responsibilities.

For the precise legal texts of any of the matters discussed in this booklet, please consult the Condominium Act, the Declaration (as amended by the Condominium Act), and the By-laws, Rules and Regulations of this Corporation (R.C.C. No. 9).  All owners should have a copy of these documents.  If owners do not have them and would like to get a copy, please contact the Property Management Company.

Note: The word “policy” has the same meaning as the word “rule” or, as the case may be, “By-law” as defined by the Condominium Act.

We hope you will find this booklet useful and informative.  It will be updated from time to time as required.

It is the responsibility of non-resident owners to ensure that their tenants have a copy of this booklet. Additional copies may be purchased by contacting the Property Management Company.
